When a client feels enough is enough they have a right to terminate the services and hire another lawyer of their choice, however the termination should be done with a lot of professionalism and cautiousness.
Firing a lawyer may not be easy especially after the proceedings have started as this means you are ready to terminate his entire services from the scratch and that you are ready to start afresh.
